The contact form may collect:

- your business or company, if provided;
- your email address;
- your telephone number, if provided;
- the type of assistance requested and the content of your message;
- the IP address associated with the submission, for technical and security purposes.
The IT systems used to operate the website may also process technical browsing data, such as IP address, date and time of the request, requested page and browser information, to the extent necessary for the operation and security of the service.
Purposes and legal basis
Personal data is processed solely to receive and manage your enquiry, contact you, provide the requested information and take any requested pre-contractual steps. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Technical data may also be processed to ensure the security, integrity and correct operation of the website, on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Required and optional information
Your name, email address, type of assistance required and message are necessary to send an enquiry. Your business or company and telephone number are optional. Without the required information, it will not be possible to reply through the form.
Processing and recipients
Data is processed using electronic systems and appropriate security measures. It is handled by the Controller and, where necessary, by technical service providers acting as data processors. Personal data is not sold, publicly disclosed or used for unsolicited marketing.
Retention period
Enquiries submitted through the form and the related personal data are retained for no longer than 6 months. If an enquiry leads to a professional or contractual relationship, the data required for administrative, tax, contractual or legal purposes may be retained for the periods required by law.
International transfers and automated decisions
No profiling or decisions based solely on automated processing are carried out. As part of the website’s ordinary operation, personal data is not intended to be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Cookies and external services

Your rights
Where applicable under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to its processing. Requests may be sent to info@softkey.it.
